This function's return's 'true' or 'false' if a special code was selected in a Numeric\Open-Ended question within a nested loop.

Examples

This will check if question 1, in iteration 2 of the nesting loop and iteration 1 of the nested loop has a special code answered IsCodesAnswerIter(1, CreateMultiIterationsString(2,1));
